Is your glass half-empty or half-full? How you answer this ageold question about positive thinking may reflect your outlook on life, your attitude toward yourself, and whether you're optimistic or pessimistic.
Abraham Lincoln once said that “Most folks are about as happy as they make up their minds to be”. We are in control, whether we know it or not. We can be positive or negative, enthusiastic or dull, active or passive.
